← Back to HomeYour booking confirmation is sent to the email you booked with, and your booking (including any ticket numbers once issued) is always visible under My Bookings in your account. If it's missing, check your spam folder first. Still nothing? Email Ali@rahaljourney.com with your booking reference and we'll look into it.
If an airline cancels a flight, the airline is responsible for operational decisions. RahalJourney helps you access your booking information but cannot override airline decisions. What we can do is help you see your booking's current status and pass along the rebooking or refund options the airline makes available. Email Ali@rahaljourney.com with your booking reference and we'll help you navigate it.
Sometimes — it depends on what the airline allows for your fare. Rules depend on the airline. Email Ali@rahaljourney.com with your booking reference and the correction needed, and we'll check what's possible.
Nonstop means no layovers — you fly straight to your destination on one aircraft. "1 stop" or "2 stops" means you'll connect through one or more airports along the way, which is shown clearly on every flight card before you book.
Fares are supplied live by the airline and can change or sell out between when you search and when you pay — this is true of any flight booking site, not specific to RahalJourney. The checkout page always shows the exact final price before you're asked to pay, so you'll never be charged more than what you approved.
Seat maps are shown during checkout when the airline makes seat data available for your flight. Rules depend on the airline. If no seat map appears, that airline/fare doesn't expose seat selection for this booking.
Search a destination, open a hotel's details page to see rooms/amenities/policies, pick a room, then complete guest details and review the full price breakdown at checkout before confirming.
Yes — checkout shows the room total, taxes, and service fee separately, then the final total, before you confirm the booking. There's nothing added afterward.
Cancellation terms vary by hotel and room rate, so they're shown on the hotel's details page and again at checkout before you book — always specific to that hotel, never a single site-wide policy.
Open My Bookings in your account and select the hotel booking — your confirmation number, stay dates, and guest details are all shown there.
Yes, there's a special requests field at checkout (e.g. late check-in, high floor, accessibility needs). These are passed along to the hotel, but like any hotel booking, they're requests, not guarantees — availability decides whether they can be met.
If a payment fails, you're not charged — nothing is deducted until a payment actually succeeds. You can try again, or use a different card. If it keeps failing, email Ali@rahaljourney.com and we'll help you figure out why.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. The exact card options available to you are shown on the checkout page itself at the time you pay.
No. If your payment succeeds but we're unable to complete your ticket with the airline (for example, the fare sold out in that short window), you're automatically and fully refunded — you don't need to ask for it, and you'll get an email confirming what happened.
Open the booking under My Bookings — a receipt link is shown there whenever one is available from Stripe.
Payments are handled entirely by Stripe — RahalJourney never sees or stores your full card details. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle other personal data.
My Bookings (in your account menu) lists every flight and hotel you've booked with RahalJourney, with its current status, in one place.
Email Ali@rahaljourney.com with your booking reference and what you'd like to cancel. Cancellation eligibility depends on the fare conditions. — we'll check your booking's rules and confirm what's possible, including any fee, before doing anything.
"Confirmed" means your booking is complete and locked in. "Processing" means payment succeeded and we're finalizing details with the provider. "Cancelled" means the booking has been cancelled. These are shown on every booking card in My Bookings.
First check My Bookings and your email inbox (including spam). If it's genuinely missing, email Ali@rahaljourney.com with as much detail as you have (approximate time, email used, amount charged) and we'll track it down.
Yes — the passenger or guest details you enter at checkout don't have to match your account. Just make sure the name matches their travel ID exactly, since that's what the airline or hotel will check.
You can sign in with Google or with your email and password. Double-check you're using the same method you originally signed up with. If it still won't work, email Ali@rahaljourney.com and we'll help you regain access.
Use the Sign Up page and either continue with Google or create an account with your email and a password.
There's no self-service password reset yet. Email Ali@rahaljourney.com from the address on your account and we'll help you regain access — or sign in with Google instead, if that's linked to the same email.
Your Profile and Settings pages (in the account menu) let you update your personal details and preferences.
See our Privacy Policy for the full details of what we collect and how it's used and protected.
Cancellation eligibility depends on the fare conditions. We always show you the real fare rules before you pay — on the checkout page, under "Fare Rules & Cancellation," you'll see exactly whether your fare allows refunds or changes, sourced directly from the airline.
Email Ali@rahaljourney.com with your booking reference and what you'd like to do. If your fare allows a refund or change, we'll process it with the airline; if it's non-refundable, we'll let you know clearly — we can't guarantee a refund the fare's own rules don't allow.
Once a refund is approved, it's issued back to your original payment method via Stripe and typically appears on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
In rare cases a payment can succeed but we're unable to complete your ticket with the airline (for example, the fare sold out in that window). When this happens, you're automatically and fully refunded and you'll get an email explaining what happened — you don't need to contact us first.
No — Cancellation eligibility depends on the fare conditions. RahalJourney helps you access your booking information but cannot override airline decisions. What we guarantee is showing you the real fare rules before you pay, and handling the refund request with the airline on your behalf when one is eligible.
Rules depend on the airline. ID/passport requirements are also set by the departure and destination countries. Always check the airline's and the relevant government's official requirements for your specific route before you travel.
Visa requirements depend on your nationality and destination, and RahalJourney doesn't provide visa advice. Check your destination's official government or embassy website for accurate, up-to-date requirements.
Rules depend on the airline. Your exact carry-on and checked baggage allowance is shown in the Fare Rules on the checkout page, and is always confirmed by the airline itself.
Security screening rules (like liquid limits) are set by the departure airport's aviation security authority, not by RahalJourney or the airline. Check the official guidance for your departure airport before you fly.
Rules depend on the airline. Selecting the correct passenger type (adult, child, infant) when you search puts you on the right fare category — the exact policy for that age group is confirmed by the airline.
