Terms of Service

Terms of Service

The terms that apply when you search for and book a flight through Rahal Travel. Written in plain language — if anything is unclear, contact us.

Effective: {{EFFECTIVE_DATE}}Back to Home

1. Who We Are

Rahal Travel (rahaljourney.com) is operated by {{LEGAL_ENTITY}}, registered at {{COMPANY_ADDRESS}}. In these terms, "we," "us," and "our" refer to {{LEGAL_ENTITY}}.

By searching for flights, creating an account, or completing a booking on Rahal Travel, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. What We Sell

We sell flight tickets. When you book through Rahal, we are the merchant of record for your purchase — your payment is made to us, not directly to the airline or to any third party.

To do this, we use Duffel, a flight-booking technology provider, to search live fares and place the actual booking with the operating airline on your behalf. The flight itself is operated by the airline shown at checkout — we do not operate aircraft or hold an airline license.

3. Pricing & Service Fee

The price shown to you before payment is the total, final price you will be charged — it includes the airline fare plus a service fee that covers the cost of running Rahal (payment processing, booking technology, and customer support). There are no hidden fees added after you've paid.

At checkout, we show a breakdown of the fare and the service fee separately, so you can see exactly what makes up the total.

4. Booking Process

Booking a flight through Rahal works like this:

  1. You search for flights and select an offer.
  2. You enter passenger details exactly as they appear on each traveler's passport or ID.
  3. You pay the total price shown, securely, via our payment processor (Stripe).
  4. Once payment is confirmed, we place a real booking with the airline through Duffel.
  5. You receive a confirmation email with your booking reference (PNR) and ticket details.

In rare cases, a fare can become unavailable in the short window between payment and ticketing (for example, the airline sells out the fare class). If this happens, you are automatically and fully refunded — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. The Airline's Conditions of Carriage

Your flight itself — baggage allowance, check-in requirements, seating, onboard policies, and what happens if you miss a connection — is governed by the operating airline's own conditions of carriage, not by Rahal. We show you as much of this information as the airline makes available to us at the time of booking, but the airline's own terms always govern the flight.

6. Changes & Cancellations

Whether a ticket can be changed or cancelled — and whether that's free, has a fee, or isn't possible at all — depends entirely on the fare rules of the specific ticket you purchased. These rules are shown to you before you pay, on the checkout page. We facilitate change and cancellation requests with the airline, but the outcome (and any fee) is set by the airline's fare rules, not by us.

7. Flight Delay/Cancellation Compensation

If your flight is delayed, cancelled, or you're denied boarding, you may be entitled to compensation under EU Regulation 261/2004 (or an equivalent regulation in your jurisdiction). These claims must be made against the operating airline, not Rahal — the airline operated the flight and is legally responsible for that compensation. We're happy to help you find the right airline contact if needed.

8. Limitation of Liability

We work to make sure the information we show you (prices, schedules, fare rules) is accurate and sourced directly from the airline or our booking technology provider at the time of booking. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from airline schedule changes, delays, cancellations, or other events outside our control — these are the operating airline's responsibility.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of {{JURISDICTION}}, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
