Whether a ticket can be refunded depends on the fare you bought — here's exactly how that works, and how to request one.
Airlines sell different fare types with different rules — some are fully refundable, some are refundable minus a fee, and some are non-refundable. This isn't something Rahal decides; it's set by the airline for the specific fare you're buying.
We always show you the real fare rules before you pay— on the checkout page, under "Fare Rules & Cancellation," you'll see exactly whether your specific ticket allows refunds or changes, and any fee involved, sourced directly from the airline. There's no fine print you haven't already seen.
Email us at Ali@rahaljourney.com with your booking reference and what you'd like to do. We'll check your fare's rules and:
Once a refund is approved, it's issued back to your original payment method via Stripe. It typically appears on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
In rare cases, your payment can succeed but we're unable to complete your ticket with the airline — for example, if the specific fare sold out or its price changed in the short window between your payment and the ticket being issued.
When this happens, you don't need to contact us. Your payment is automatically and fully refunded, and you'll receive an email confirming the refund and explaining what happened. This is handled by our system the moment we can confirm your ticket can't be issued — you're never left charged with no ticket and no explanation.
