Partner Program Terms

The RahalJourney Partner Program (the "Program") is operated by ARISTOCRAT GROUP LIMITED (company number 17442343), registered in England and Wales at 167-169 Great Portland Street, London, England, W1W 5PF, trading as Rahal / RahalJourney ("we", "us").

By applying, you (the "Partner") agree to these terms. They apply in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

You must have a RahalJourney account and provide accurate information about yourself and your promotional channels. We review every application and may approve, decline, or ask for more information at our sole discretion.

Approval creates a partner account linked to your RahalJourney account and a personal referral code. Your code and account are personal and may not be transferred.

A visit is attributed to you when a visitor opens a RahalJourney page through your referral link and has consented to partner-referral cookies. The most recent valid partner link a visitor opened is the one credited ("last click").

Visits without that consent, visits from automated traffic, and visits you make yourself are not attributed. Attribution lasts for the attribution window we set for the Program and may end sooner if the visitor clears cookies or withdraws consent.

A conversion is an attributed outcome such as a registration or a confirmed, paid booking. Not every conversion earns commission: commission is only payable where it is set out in your partner agreement or otherwise confirmed to you in writing by us.

Commission on a booking is only earned once the booking is confirmed with the travel provider and has been reviewed and approved by us. Bookings that are cancelled, refunded, charged back or found to be fraudulent do not earn commission, and any commission on them is reversed — including, where it has already been paid, by deduction from future payments.

Bookings made by you, by accounts you control, or by using your own details are not eligible.

Promote RahalJourney honestly and in line with applicable advertising, consumer-protection and data-protection laws, including clearly disclosing that you may earn commission.

You must not: make misleading claims about prices, availability or our services; send unsolicited messages (spam); use forced clicks, hidden frames, pop-ups or any technique that sets attribution without a genuine visit ("cookie stuffing"); incentivise clicks or bookings in ways we have not approved; bid on or use our brand names in paid search or domain names without our written permission; or present yourself as RahalJourney.

Approved commission is paid by the method, in the currency and on the schedule agreed with you. Amounts are recorded in the currency of the underlying booking. You are responsible for any taxes due on commission you receive.

We may suspend or close a partner account at any time, including if we reasonably suspect a breach of these terms or fraudulent activity. While suspended, no new referrals are credited. Commission that was earned and approved before closure in line with these terms remains payable, unless it relates to a breach.

You may leave the Program at any time by contacting us.

We never share our customers' personal data with partners. Your dashboard shows aggregated activity and the status of each conversion only. We process your own information as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated to active partners in advance; continuing to participate after they take effect means you accept them.
